Every first Tuesday afternoon of the month, Karen Shackleford of Cape Sands Ballroom invites you to a

Ballroom Dance Party and Pre-Dance Beginner Sampler Lesson at Dennis Center for Active Living (DCAL).

Singles and couples welcome, all levels of dancers welcome

1:00-1:45 pm
Pre-dance beginner sampler lesson

2:00-3:30 pm
General dancing to fine recorded contemporary and classic ballroom, Latin, swing, and specialty tunes

Cookie tray and ice water provided

Door prize

Partner dancing, mixer dances, and even a line dance or two

Please change shoes on arrival to protect the dance floor

Dress code: dressy casual

No reservations needed

Walk-in $10 cash or check payable to "Dennis Senior Center".

Third Tuesday of the month similar format with instructor Frank Callahan of Silver Fox Fitness,

second and fourth Tuesdays of the month live music at free open rehearsals with the Sound Dunes Combo at 1:00 pm.

Your hosts for the pre-dance lesson and party will alternate with Karen of Cape Sands Ballroom teaching on the first Tuesday of every month and Frank of Silver Fox Fitness teaching on the third Tuesday of every month:
